Affiliate Policy

1. Overview

SPAlgo operates an affiliate program that allows approved partners ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new customers to our products. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the SPAlgo Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid registered SPAlgo account.
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading promotion.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a commission of up to 20%on each qualifying sale referred through their unique affiliate link. Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount (excluding taxes and refunded orders). Commission rates may be adjusted at SPAlgo's discretion with prior notice to affiliates.

4. Tracking & Attribution

Each affiliate is assigned a unique referral code. A sale is attributed to an affiliate when the buyer uses the affiliate's unique link or code at checkout. SPAlgo is not responsible for tracking failures due to browser privacy settings, ad blockers, or other technical factors outside our control.

5. Payouts

Commission payouts are processed once your pending balance reaches a minimum threshold. Payouts are made via Stripe transfer to your registered payout email. SPAlgo reserves the right to withhold payment if fraudulent activity is suspected, pending investigation.

6. Prohibited Practices

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

• Bidding on SPAlgo branded keywords in paid advertising without written permission.
• Misrepresenting SPAlgo products or making false profit claims.
• Self-referrals or referring accounts they control.
• Spam emailing or unsolicited bulk messaging.
• Promoting through misleading discount sites or coupon aggregators without approval.

7. Termination

SPAlgo reserves the right to terminate any affiliate's participation in the program at any time for violation of this policy, fraudulent activity, or any other reason deemed appropriate. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions from fraudulent referrals will be forfeited.

8. Changes to This Policy

SPAlgo may update this Affiliate Policy at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
