1. Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SPAlgo purchase. If our product does not match the description on our website, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • The product does not function as described on the product page.
  • You have not received the product after payment was confirmed.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.
  • You changed your mind or no longer wish to use the product.
  • The product performed as described but did not meet your personal trading expectations or produce profits.
  • Your TradingView account was banned or suspended by TradingView (outside our control).
  • You provided an incorrect TradingView username and access was granted to the wrong account.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within the 7-day window via:

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe back to your original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Once a refund is issued, your TradingView access to the indicator will be revoked.

6. Subscription Cancellations

For monthly subscription plans, you may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Partial month refunds are not provided for subscription plans. Cancellation requests must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
