📦 SPAlgo sells digital products only. There is no physical shipping involved.
1. Digital Delivery
All SPAlgo products are digital — specifically, TradingView Pine Script indicators. There are no physical goods to ship. Upon successful payment, access is granted directly to your TradingView account.
2. Delivery Timeline
TradingView access is granted instantly upon payment confirmation in most cases. If you have not received access within 24 hours of purchase, please contact our support team.
3. What You Receive
After purchase, you will receive:
- Access to the indicator(s) on your TradingView account (added to your Invite-Only scripts).
- A purchase confirmation email with your order details.
- Access to future updates of the indicator at no additional cost (lifetime plan).
4. Requirements
To receive your indicator, you must provide your TradingView username after checkout. Please ensure your username is spelled correctly. SPAlgo is not responsible for access granted to incorrect usernames provided by the customer.
5. Access Issues
If you experience issues accessing your purchased indicator on TradingView, please:
- Log out and back into TradingView and refresh the page.
- Check that your TradingView username was entered correctly in your dashboard.
- Contact us via the live chat or email us at support@spalgo.com with your order ID.
6. No Physical Shipping
Since all our products are digital, no physical shipping addresses are required and no courier services are used. There are no shipping fees, import duties, or delivery delays associated with your purchase.
